Integration Bodywork

WHAT ARE THE THAI HEALING ARTS?
At its essence, it is a spiritual healing art, not simply a physical therapy.
Traditional Thai bodywork (or nuad phaen boran in its original language) is a unique and powerful healing art that combines physical, energetic, and spiritual healing techniques and concepts.
It skillfully combines opening and toning the body with yoga-like stretches, applying acupressure, finding and dissolving blockages, stimulating energy lines (sen), working with breath awareness, using medicinal herbs and balms, and allowing and encouraging others to engage in self-healing, relaxation, and renewal.

Thai Massage is a discipline of traditional Thai medicine that incorporates Buddhist healing principles. When masterfully facilitated, it promotes healing through sensitive touch and the therapeutic application of metta (loving-kindness) within an atmosphere of safety, trust, and confidence.
